Refund policy

All Sales are final unless the following conditions occur:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at operations@onedesignusa.bike and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

At the time of your request we will assess the situation and decline or accept your request of replacement based on information provided.

DO NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT WITHOUT AN RMA - write at sales@onedesignusa.bike and request an RMA

Once obtained an RMA send your item to: 12550 BISCAYNE BLVD  Suite 800, Miami FL 33181, United States.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.

Depending on where you live and the type of product, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
